phpBB 2 is the name of the software & its version used for running forums ('phpBB' Forums). The uploading feature is available if you install phpBB on your own paid/free host. But, if you host a phpBB forum on Forumer, uploading feature is not currently available. To use the rank feature, please tell your users to please use the rank image as their avatar.
