Um, your forum looks like it's a PHPbb board... the My Forum link at least under your avatar looks like that, and I assume you want a portal page like the link you showed.
Go to admin panel and go to the fportal and add to that. There is I believe a documentation on all the specs, just search for it.
Also use the
http://yourforumname.#.forumer.com/
to get to your portal page!
