Looks: 6/10 - Nice skin and looks quite good, try to put in a custom banner though and it will look good.
Forums: 7/10 - Nicely done here, it could do with some posts though. Also another forum 'Graphics Contests' would be nice.
Graphics: 2/10 - Skin is ok, could do with a banner, avatars, userbars and more.
Rules: 0/10 - None. When you make the rules i would put a link to Forumer TOS on it.
Modifications: 0/10 - None
Overall: 6.5/10 - For an almost unmodified forum it is excellent. Add some modifications to it and it will be amazing!
