Forum Hosting - View Single Post - Missing Buttons on FI Apple Blue Skin (Server 10)

Starting from a few hours ago, the buttons at the top of my forum page are missing and load as absent images with a red cross on when anyone opens the page.

It looks like the gif object in the skin package, in my case an unmodified ‘FI Apple Blue’, is not available or has been deleted (/templates/fiappleblue/images/englishtop_bar_index.gif). Any ideas what’s gone wrong here and how to fix this bug please?
