Could someone possibley make a banner for my gta forum,

Text: GTA gamers
Colour: hmm, greenish black ... OR... maybe light blue colours
Pictures: Maybe a motorbike/car from vice city or san andreas and maybe a character.
Size: what was the max size of phpbb, i think it was something like 400 x 150 or something

thanks anyway i would really apprciate it.
